Medellín Reserve is perfect for espresso, moka pot, and filter brewing, as well as milk-based drinks like lattes and flat whites, making it a versatile all-day coffee.

Espresso: For espresso or moka pot, use 18g of coffee to yield 36–40g in 27–30 seconds at 92–94°C, creating a smooth, creamy shot with nutty sweetness.

 

Filter: For filter brewing like V60 or Chemex, use 15g of coffee per 250g of water at 94°C with a medium grind and brew for 2½ to 3 minutes to bring out bright, balanced flavors.

 

Milk Based Drink: In milk-based drinks like lattes or flat whites, Medellín Reserve keeps its chocolate and fruit notes while delivering a silky, mellow finish.
