This versatile blend performs beautifully across all brew methods:
Espresso: Use 18-20 grams of freshly ground Mellora Blend. Aim for a 25-30 second extraction to achieve a balanced, vibrant shot that highlights the berry and stone fruit notes.
Filter: Grind the beans to a medium consistency. Use water heated to 92-96°C (197-205°F). Adjust brew time and grind size to your taste to bring out the bright, fruity flavours and smooth finish.
French Press: Use a coarser grind. Steep the coffee for 4 minutes with water just off the boil, then press gently to enjoy a rich, full-bodied cup.
