Enjoy a smooth, full-bodied coffee with natural sweetness and nutty pecan undertones.

Perfect for espresso lovers and milk-based drinks alike, revealing rich milk chocolate notes.

Ethically sourced from Guatemala’s volcanic valleys and Brazil’s highlands for exceptional quality and character.

Tasting Notes

This blend offers a smooth and balanced profile with rich maple sweetness and nutty pecan flavours. When enjoyed with milk, it reveals creamy, indulgent notes of rich milk chocolate, making each cup both comforting and satisfying.

Origin & Process

Sustainably sourced Arabica beans from Guatemala’s volcanic valleys and Brazil’s high-altitude Cerrado region are carefully processed using the semi-washed (wet-hulled) method. This technique enhances the coffee’s natural earthy and sweet flavours while preserving a clean, vibrant profile.

Roast Profile & Use

Roasting Profile:

Medium-bold roast level, carefully developed to bring out a balanced and smooth flavor with rich body and subtle sweetness. This roast highlights the coffee’s natural pecan and toffee notes while maintaining a silky, strong character ideal for versatile brewing.

Recommended Use:

Ideal for espresso lovers seeking a bold, smooth shot, as well as perfect for milk-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos where its rich milk chocolate and pecan flavours shine. Also excellent for strong, full-bodied filter coffee.

Brew Guide

This versatile blend performs beautifully across all brew methods:

Espresso: Use 18-20 grams of coffee for a double shot. Brew at 93°C (200°F) with 9 bars of pressure for 25-30 seconds to extract a rich, balanced espresso with vibrant flavours.

Filter: Use a medium grind and brew with pour-over or drip methods. Aim for a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio and brew time of 3-4 minutes for a smooth, full-bodied cup with balanced sweetness.

Milk-Based Drinks: Prepare as espresso and steam milk to create creamy lattes, cappuccinos, or flat whites. The coffee’s sweet pecan and milk chocolate notes complement the milk perfectly.
