This technique results in a deeply textured cup with earthy, spicy notes and low acidity.

Milk based drinks: In milk-based drinks like lattes and flat whites, Lake Toba Reserve’s deep chocolate and spice notes complement milk’s creaminess for a rich, satisfying cup.

 

French Press: For French press or cafetière, use a coarse grind with 15 grams of coffee per 250 grams of water at 94°C, steeping for 4 minutes to extract full-bodied, earthy flavours.
