Brew Guide

Unlock the vibrant fruit and floral elegance of Kigali Gold with brewing tips designed for clarity and balance.

Espresso: For light-style espresso, dose 18 grams and yield 35 to 40 grams with a brew time of 25 to 30 seconds at 92 to 94°C. This produces a juicy, bright espresso showcasing the coffee’s vibrant acidity.

Filter: For filter brewing like V60, Chemex, or Kalita, use 15 grams of coffee per 250 grams of water at about 94°C. Grind to a medium consistency and brew for 2:30 to 3:00 minutes to bring out the coffee’s clarity and vibrant fruit notes.

AeroPress: For Aeropress or Clever Dripper, use 17 grams of coffee and 240 grams of water at 93°C. Bloom with 30 grams of water, stir gently, and steep for about 1:30 minutes before pressing to achieve a bright, balanced cup.
